Fume Chamber
Fume hood designed to extract out the hazardous and acidic fumes to the atmosphere by means of motorized blower and ducting with T Elbow and necessary joints as may applicable. External construction made of CRCA Sheet having epoxy powder coating and inner lining of PHENOLIC SHEET having three baffle sections of fumes. A working platform is optional of Jet Black Granite or Phenolic Resin as may be required. Sash is made of toughened/safety glass framed with Aluminium powder coated of contra shed. The sash is with the counter weight with chain and pulley to position the sash at any level. Utility service includes the water with oval shaped PP sink, Gas, and Vacuum or compressed air. The unit is complete with Electrical wiring with 3 point 5/15 Amp switch and socket, Power indicating RED YELLOW AND BLUE (RYB) Starter for Motor blower and florescent light with One MCB (10’PVC ducting, 150 mm Dia is provided by us at additional cost). Base cabinet is made of CRCA 20 Swg with powder coating available in option of Apparatus cabinet or Chemical Cabinet. The apparatus cabinet is having one horizontal portion with double skin door with full openable position. The chemical cabinet with the shelve to store the cabinet with double skin door. The cabinet is integrated with the fume hood to extract out the fume of stored chemical.
